Error codes are divided into three categories:

Warning

Error

Critical

Errors from the warning category will prevent the car from charging, but there is a possibility that the error will go away on its own. In this case, charging will be resumed automatically by the charger.

EV_ERROR A communication error with the car has been detected. The charger will retry communication and if the error is resolved, charging will resume. If the error persists for a long time, it is recommended to disconnect the car.

PEN_PROTECTION_ERROR Damage to the PE conductor has been detected (too high voltage on it). The charger will wait for this voltage to drop in order to resume charging.

Errors of the error category prevent loading and require user action to resume loading. The charger will not automatically attempt to resume charging

RCMB_6MA DC 6mA residual current leakage detected. Disconnecting and reconnecting the car is required to reset charging.

Critical errors block the charging functions of the car. Reading the error code is possible in the configuration panel of the charger. Errors in this category are not deleted by the charger - a device reset is required.

RCMB_6MA DC 6mA residual current leakage detected when the car is not charging. It can be caused in the following situations:

● No RCMB sensor module connected

● The plug connecting the RCMB sensor is loose

● Device failure causing DC 6mA leakage

RFID_READER_FAULT A problem has been detected with the internal circuits of the loader head. If the error occurs again after resetting the device, it is necessary to contact the service.

GSM_MODULE_FAULT  A problem has been detected with the internal circuits of the loader head. If the error occurs again after resetting the device, it is necessary to contact the service.

WIFI_MODULE_FAULT  A problem has been detected with the internal circuits of the loader head. If the error occurs again after resetting the device, it is necessary to contact the service.

AP_MODULE_FAULT  A problem has been detected with the internal circuits of the loader head. If the error occurs again after resetting the device, it is necessary to contact the service.

MESH_MODULE_FAULT  A problem has been detected with the internal circuits of the loader head. If the error occurs again after resetting the device, it is necessary to contact the service.

BACKPLATE_FAULT A connection problem has been detected with the memory located in the back of the charger. Most likely the loader configuration has been corrupted and the device will boot with default values. If the error occurs each time the device is reset, service of the back of the charger will be required. The error does not mean that the head is damaged.

OCPP_MULTIPLE_MASTERS Two master chargers were detected in the OCPP configuration. To solve the problem, one of them should be switched to slave mode. The error will disappear after a few seconds after changing the settings.

OCPP_CONNECTOR_DUPLIC ATED A duplicate connector number was detected in the OCPP configuration. To solve the problem, make sure that each charger has a unique connector number. The error will disappear after a few seconds after changing the settings.

OCPP_CONNECTOR_ID_TOO _HIGH The number of the OCPP slave connector is higher than the Number Of Connectors in the OCPP Master connector. After increasing the Number Of Connectors to the correct value, the problem should disappear immediately. After lowering the slave connector number, the error should disappear from the master after max. 45 seconds.
